Cancellation Policy

At Eleanor Claire Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies.
Personal Training Sessions
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and the session will be forfeited.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (a "no-show") will result in the session being charged in full.
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.
Personal Training Packages
All personal training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Package validity periods are as follows:
Foundation Package – valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
Enhanced Package – valid for 5 months from the date of purchase
Sessions not used within the applicable validity period may expire and be forfeited.
Coaching Membership
The Coaching Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
This minimum period is intended to allow sufficient time for meaningful progress, sustainable habit formation, and implementation of personalised recommendations.
Following the initial three-month commitment, membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis.
Clients wishing to cancel after the initial commitment period must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
Payments already processed are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future services.
Exceptional Circumstances
Eleanor Claire Wellness understands that unexpected circumstances can occasionally arise. Requests relating to exceptional situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
